This swan is relaxing at Llantarnam Ponds in Cwmbran after seeing her eggs finally hatch today. A small crowd of people were spotted stood in Lake View, overlooking the pond, in the late afternoon. An area around the nest is taped off.
In these photos (sorry about the quality. Blame the digital zoom on the Samsung S2) the cygnets are about a metre to the left of the swan. I can’t even confirm how many cygnets were born.
