Twenty-two bus stops will be upgraded across Torfaen. The county borough council successfully applied for £298,930 from the Welsh Government’s Local Transport Fund.
Council officers produced a priority list of bus stops based on how well used they are by bus services so the work will benefit the maximum number of passengers. Councillor Mandy Owen, executive member for the environment approved a report to announce the project.
