Parkour is fascinating. I love watching clips on You Tube. I love them even more when they are around Cwmbran. These young people train incredibly hard and have to be so dedicated and that can only be a good thing.
In September 2011 I interviewed Will, a Cwmbran teenager, about why he does Parkour. This clip below I came across on YounTube isn't Will but features Cwmbran.
