St David’s Hospice Care is holding coffee mornings each month for people experiencing bereavement.
The sessions are an “…opportunity to support you through your journey with a series of workshops designed for us to help each other live with loss.”
The one at the charity’s base in Malpas is held on the third Friday of every month from 10am to 12pm. No booking is needed (16 Oct, 20 Nov, 18 Dec).
Another one is held in Ystrad Mynach on the first Tuesday of the month from 10am to 12pm (6 Oct, 3 Nov, 1 Dec). Places must be booked in advance due to limited spaces. Email [email protected]
