Cwmbran archer Dave Phillips will be heading to Tokyo in 2020 after securing a quota place for Great Britain in the Paralympic Games. He will be competing in the men’s recurve category.
He qualified during this week’s World Para-archery Championships in the Netherlands after finishing third.
He said: “Big thank you to my very supportive wife Angie and all who helped me on my journey.”
In 2016 he competed at the Paralympic Games in Rio.
