An ITV Wales programme is shining a spotlight on the journey from Monmouthshire farms to a family‑run dairy in Cwmbran – showing how fresh milk is turned into artisan cheese.
Coast & Country will feature Josh’s Jerseys in Raglan and Usk Valley Cheese Company on Springvale Industrial Estate. Viewers can tune in on Friday 31 July at 7pm to see behind the scenes of Welsh cheesemaking as part of a special celebrating food and drink producers across Wales.
The episode follows cows being milked in Raglan before the produce is delivered to Cwmbran, where it’s crafted into cheese by the team at Usk Valley Cheese.
Ethan Parry, director of Usk Valley Cheese, said: “We’re incredibly excited to be featured on ITV Wales Coast & Country. It’s a fantastic opportunity to showcase the passion, care and craftsmanship that goes into every cheese we make, while also highlighting the importance of working with exceptional local producers like Josh’s Jerseys. We hope viewers enjoy seeing the journey from milk to wheel.”
