There are just six tickets left for a trip to the Valleys Greyhound Stadium tonight in aid of the children’s wards at the Royal Gwent Hospital.
For just £8 you get a seat on the bus that leaves the Dorallt at 6pm and entry to the greyhound track in Ystrad Mynach. It is the last greyhound track in Wales.
Terry Smith, owner of Cwmbran’s Bridgetime Transport, and Malcolm Tams from the Valleys Greyhound Stadium, put on the bus and give free entry to the track so your £8 goes straight to the wards.
This is the third time the generous businessmen have put on this trip. So far around £2,500 has been raised. This was made up from £1,250 from the trips which was then matched by Barclays Bank. Some money has also been donated to Ty-Hafan.
If you fancy going on tonight’s night’s trip call Jennie on 07717504534.
There is also raffle and if you can donate a prize please tell Jennie.
