VIDEO- Check out Cwmbran’s first tap room at the Brew Monster brewery

Cwmbran has its first tap room– a bar where you can buy a pint of beer a few metres away from where it was brewed. The award-winning Brew Monster is on Avondale Business Park.

You enter the unit and walk through the brewing area where you will spot bags of barley and hops among the large stainless steel containers. The stair case on the back wall takes you up to the tap room. 

It’s a lovely experience. You can chat to the people who made the drink that you’re holding. Small tables with comfortable chairs and stools make it a place where having a converstation is easy. 

The bar isn’t just for beer and cider fans. It stocks a range of gins, vodka and wines. The large screen will show top sports events but also be used for the growing popularity of eSports.
