A free six‑week course is being offered at Cwmbran Community Hub and Library to help people use digital tools to support their health and wellbeing.
The Digital Skills for Wellbeing, Mindfulness and Fitness sessions start on Monday 8 June 2026, running from 1pm to 3pm.
The friendly, practical course is aimed at anyone who wants to feel more confident using their phone or device in everyday life.
