Dragons to hold open training sessions, ground tour and chance to meet players

The Dragons are holding two open training sessions at its training ground in Yystrad Mynach.

The regional rugby team wants fans of all ages to come along to one of two free sessions at the CCB Centre for Sporting Excellence. They are being held on Friday 11 August and Friday 25 August

Visitors can go on a tour of the ground before watching the players train. The event also includes fun and games for children followed by a meet and greet session with the team and staff.

Timetable for sessions

10am- Doors open
10.30am- Training ground tour
11am- Open training session
12pm- Children’s activities and player/ staff meet and greet
