Fly-tippers have started dumping their Christmas rubbish by the recycling banks in the car park of Fairwater Shops.

They think that it is ok for some strange reason. Clearing up mess like this across Torfaen costs  £30,000 a year.


Torfaen Council staff have used hidden cameras to catch people in the act and fine them. Read this South Wales Argus story for more information and to hopefully warn you against fly-tipping.
