A mindfulness meditation class is starting in Cwmbran.
The weekly class starts on Tuesday 14 May from 6.30pm to 7.30pm. It takes place in the annexe at the rear of Cwmbran Community Council’s office on Ventnor Road in Old Cwmbran.
