FREE Tai Chi and Mindfulness class- Older residents in Cwmbran are being invited to take part in a new weekly wellbeing programme offering mindfulness, gentle exercise and social connection.
The free sessions, run by the charity Action for Elders, take place every Wednesday from 3.15pm to 4.15pm at Croesyceiliog Cricket and Rugby Club on The Highway. The programme includes Tai Chi, mindfulness activities and opportunities to meet others in a friendly, supportive setting.
Organisers say the sessions are designed to help improve physical and mental wellbeing, particularly for those who may feel isolated or want to build confidence in later life.
