Together for Short Lives is aUK-wide charity for children’s palliative care, supporting children’s hospices including Tŷ Hafan and families caring for a child with a life-limiting or life-threatening condition.

Rachel Ritter, Head of Fundraising (Corporate, Community and Major Giving) for Tŷ Hafan, said: “We are so grateful to the amazing team at Morrisons and to all of their customers for all that they are doing for Tŷ Hafan and all the other children’s hospices across the UK through their partnership with Together for Short Lives.
