As per usual, Tin Can Kitchen Cwmbran have gone all out to bring you a host of festive goodies to see you right through to the New Year.

The street food stall is based in the car park by the What! shop and ETB garage off Llantarnam Road.

Brie, Stuffing and Cranberry burger (Beef or Chicken)

6 oz hand pressed beef burger OR buttermilk fried chicken fillet, fresh rocket, sliced tomato, red onion slivers and garlic mayo, topped with brie slices, house-made sausage meat stuffing balls (made with Usk Valley pork), cranberry sauce and a dusting of Parmesan cheese.

Brie, Stuffing and Cranberry burger (Veggie/Vegan)

House-made vegetable burger patty, fresh rocket, sliced tomato, red onion slivers and garlic mayo, topped with brie slices, falafel bites and cranberry sauce.
Vegan alternative available (free of milk and egg) – as above, but with vegan mayo and vegan cheese

Christmas Poutine

Seasoned fries topped with roast chicken breast pieces, smoky bacon, cheddar cheese, house-made Christmas gravy, cranberry sauce and a dusting of Parmesan Cheese.

Stuffing Balls (side)

Sausage meat stuffing balls (made with Usk Valley pork), fresh rocket and a dusting of Parmesan cheese. Served with a pot of house-made Christmas gravy

Herby Hash Browns (side)

4 hash browns topped with an Italian herb and garlic blend and a dusting of Parmesan cheese. Served with a pot of house-made Christmas gravy (vegan if served without Parmesan)
