Candidates who want to stand for election to Croesyceiliog and Llanyrafon Community Council have until 4pm on Thursday 11 May to hand in their nomination paper.
There is a vacancy in the Llanyrafon West Ward following the passing of Cllr Alun Rappell. If the election is contested it will be held on Thursday 8 June 2023. A nomination paper can be collected from the civic centre in Pontypool or online.
Residents in Llanyrafon West who aren’t registered to vote have until midnight on Monday 22 May. You can register online at gov.uk/registertovote
