Platform for disabled anglers to fish the Afon Llwyd in Cwmbran

by cwmbranlifeDecember 11, 2011

This handy platform on the Afon Llwyd in Cwmbran makes it easy for disabled anglers to try their luck at trout fishing.

It is off the car park on Llanfrechfa Way. This google maps link gives the location.

The information board says the platform was built as part of the Environment Agency Wales’ ‘Wild Fishing Wales 2011’ project.

Fishing on this stretch of the river is run by Cwmbran Angling Association.
