Volunteers have organised a comedy night in a Cwmbran community hall and tickets go on sale tonight- Tuesday 5 September- at 7pm.
It’s being held in the White Hut on Friday 6 October. So far the line-up includes Huw Davies (MC), Mike Reed and Dan Thomas. Tickets (£10) can be bought from the hall at 7pm or online. The website link will be posted at 7pm on the White Hut Facebook page.
Rachael Williams, chair of the White Hut, told Cwmbran Life:: “We are all super excited to bring a night of comedy to the Hut. When we bounced the idea around earlier this year everyone we mentioned it to was keen as it’s so different to what you normally get on a night out in Cwmbran. For just £10 you’ll be entertained without the need for a train or taxi to Cardiff and expensive Cardiff prices. If successful, which we are confident it will be, it could become a regular White Hut feature. We recommend those interested get their tickets soon as we anticipate they will sell out quick.”
