Torfaen’s 40 councillors each have a £1,500 budget to spend each year. Here are the groups and organisations they supported during the last financial year

Torfaen’s county councillors each get £1,500 to spend every year on projects or organisations that they choose.

The money is from a budget called ‘small schemes payments’ and means they can quickly help or support a local issue. This is how the budget was spent across Torfaen during 2022/23.
