A two-year-old girl is going to lap her garden 26 times to raise money for a charity that helps her and her family.
Bobath Children’s Therapy Centre Wales provides therapy for children who have cerebral palsy. Violet Carr lives in Henllys and her family have organised a fundraising day on Sunday 26 April to help out the charity.
Her friends and relatives from across the UK- Ipswich, Reading and Cardiff will be joining in with the challenges all around the theme of 26- and include press-ups, colouring pictures and wheelbarrow trips.
Emma, her mum, said on the even’t sponsorship page: “We found Bobath by chance, and what a great find it was. Bobath Wales has been part of our lives since Violet was four months old and she recently turned two. They provide physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech and language therapy. They have been a great support to myself and Mark and have provided much physio, advice and guidance to Violet which has helped Violet become the little cheeky, smiley Lady she is – know as Lady Vi.”
