Llanyrafon AFC Under 7’s is entering the new season in style
The company, which provides specialist recruitment support across the UK, donated the jackets as part of its commitment to supporting the local communities in which it works.
Acorn finance director Sian Thomas has a son who plays for the club and said:
“We have close links with the community in South Wales and it’s a privilege to be able to support Llanyrafon under 7’s – we’re glad they’re pleased with their new jackets for the coming season.“Local teams are so important in helping develop young people’s confidence and their ability to work within a fully functioning team. We are looking forward to the season ahead and seeing how the team progresses.”
Rachel Richardson, safeguarding officer for Llanyrafon AFC, said: “We’re extremely grateful to Acorn. It’s always great to get support from local businesses. We value sponsorship and support from many local businesses and are delighted to have Acorn as a sponsor. The team will certainly make great use of their new jackets, especially as we get into winter training.
“We are really proud of this team and their commitment and dedication to Llanyrafon AFC, their fantastic coaches and of course to each other, and we hope to make Acorn proud to have supported us by our continued dedication this season.”
