Tin Can Kitchen is celebrating its six-month anniversary (or birthday 🙂 ) in Cwmbran with a 20% discount code for customers.
The street food stall is based in the car park by the What! shop and ETB garage off Llantarnam Road. I popped along to chat to owners Jordan Phillips and Barry Fallon about their first half-year in business in Cwmbran to find out how it’s been going and what’s new on the menu.
Disclosure: After the video, I had a train to catch and they kindly gave me a serving of chicken pizza fries which made the trip to Cardiff a lot more enjoyable. And they offered a free bite to eat for my wife and me which I will take up in the next few weeks :-).
Jordan said they do “restaurant quality food” and the menu includes “gourmet-style burgers, footlong hot dogs, burritos and dirty fries.” The pair also run a pizza takeaway business called Al Forno. The new items on the menu include some sauces and bits from the pizza menu mixed it up with their Tin Can Kitchen favourites.
Tell them if you’re gluten-free or have any other dietary requirements. The opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 5pm to 10pm and Friday and Saturday from 5pm to 10.30pm. You can choose collection or home delivery.
20% off online orders until 31 March
