A vintage vocal trio based in Torfaen is searching for a new member as they continue to grow their close‑harmony act.
The Cherry Bops, made up of Shaz, Jo and Daisy, perform popular songs from the 1940s and 50s, along with modern favourites using their own unique vintage twist.
The group is looking for a female singer who:
- Is a confident, capable vocalist
- Enjoys singing harmonies and is happy to learn vocal parts
- Feels comfortable performing and engaging with an audience
- Loves a polka‑dot frock and a set of pearls
- Has a good sense of humour and enjoys being part of a team
- Is reliable and committed to rehearsals and performances
There’s no age limit, and you don’t need to be a professional singer – but good pitch, musicality and the ability to hold a harmony are important. The Cherry Bops perform at a wide range of venues including care facilities, festivals, parties, corporate events and community celebrations, so flexibility for daytime, evening and weekend bookings would be ideal.
