Cwmbran Life has often highlighted the problem of people using the area around recycling banks as a place to dump their household rubbish instead of visiting the tip or using their black bin.
This photo shows a JCB digger being used to clear up flytipping at Fairwater Shops. It arrived yesterday morning at around 8.30am.
