A performing arts group for young people meets every Saturday in the dance and drama studios at Croesyceiliog School.
Academi Performing Arts works with young performers aged 5 to 17 and runs its Cwmbran hub in the school’s studio during term time.
The group also runs hubs in Newport and offers school‑holiday workshops, with the next sessions taking place throughout the summer.
A spokesperson for Academi Performing Arts said: “Our USP is that myself and my business partner both work in the industry (both TV and theatre) so bring along others from the industry to run workshops for our students (directors, actors, West End performers etc).”
