A bridge over the Afon Lwyd in Cwmbran will be closed for walkers while essential maintenance is carried out.
The bridge crosses the river from the car park by the Olive Tree/ Goode’s Fitness across to Woodland Road / Croesyceiliog RFC/ The Welsh Padel Centre.
It will close on Tuesday 27 August 2024 and work will take up to four days depending on the weather. Pedestrian diversions are in place along Edlogan Way and Woodland Road.
The bridge is not part of the St David’s Kolor Dash that takes place on Wednesday 28 August but participants are advised to leave extra time for parking and walking to the event.
