Gwent Police are appealing for information to find a Cwmbran man.
They want to talk to Karl Searle, 48, to help their investigation into an assault.
A spokesperson for Gwent Police said: “Searle, who also goes by Thomas Karlos and Carlos Searle, is often seen with a dog, a black and white Cavalier King Charles spaniel called Bobby.
“He uses the train network extensively and is known to frequently attend accident and emergency departments at hospitals.
“Anyone with any information on Searle’s whereabouts is asked to contact us via the website, call 101 or send us a direct message on social media, quoting log reference 2400166639.
