Members of Isca Morris dancers are inviting people to come along and try it out.
The group have organised a ‘have a go evening’ at Panteg House in Griffithstown on Wednesday 25 October from 8pm. Their website says: “Are you looking for a fun way to keep fit? Don’t fancy running? Not into sport?Ever watched ‘Strictly’?… Then you know dancing is good exercise! It’s not all about keeping fit though.

“We enjoy Morris for a few more reasons: We are good company (at least, we think so!) It’s suitable for all ages and both sexes. It helps keep the tradition alive It’s a chance to learn something new …and it’s fun! We always welcome people who would like to find out a bit more about Morris or who would like to have a go. No experience is needed and we will teach you for free.”
Visit the Isca Morris club website for more information about the club. Panteg House’s address is Greenhill Road, NP4 5BE.
