If you’re about to become a dad or have recently become a dad why not sign up for the free For Dads By Dads programme in Torfaen.
The ten-week programme run by Torfaen Council takes place once a week at Pontypool Active Living Centre. Over 100 dads have taken part over the years.
Each week, expert speakers cover topics including essential parenting skills, coping strategies and mental and emotional wellbeing. It’s a chance to learn lots of essential information and just meet up and chat with other men to share experiences.
