Fairwater Runners are inviting local runners to take on one of the area’s most iconic autumn challenges – the Twmbarlwm Terror Multi‑Terrain Race, taking place on Sunday 1 November.
Starting and finishing at Risca Leisure Centre, the @twmbarlwmterror 7‑mile scenic race sends runners through footpaths, open fields, country lanes and woodland before climbing to the peak of Twmbarlwm- reaching a total elevation of around 1,000ft..
Fancy dress is encouraged with prizes for the best costumes.
All runners can enjoy complimentary tea, coffee and cake after they cross the finish line.
The event is in its sixth year. Entry is £13 for affiliated runners and £15 for non-affiliated runners. Entrants must be 17 or over.
