Police stop a takeaway delivery driver in Cwmbran for having no licence, MOT, insurance or tax

Police in Cwmbran have said sorry to anyone who is waiting for a takeaway to be delivered. They stopped a car in Pontnewydd and found the driver did not have a licence, MOT, tax or insurance.

They tweeted that the driver is ‘soon to have no car as well.’
