An election will be held on Thursday 1 September 2022 to choose the new Cwmbran community councillor for the Two Locks ward.

The seat is vacant following the passing of Councillor Peter Thomas. Residents in Two Locks have the choice of two candidates:

• Luke Simmonds- Welsh Labour
• David Thomas- Independent 

Polling stations

Two polling stations will be open from 7am to 10pm. If you live in the ward and are eligible to vote you will be sent a polling card telling you what station to attend on the day.

• The Bows Pavillion on Henllys Way, NP44 3LD
